こんにちは、4年の細羽です。
自粛生活が続く中、ゼミの活動は4回目を迎えました。
Zoomを使用してのゼミもだんだんと慣れてきたところだと思います。今回も50分づつ2回に分けて行われました。
1回目のセッションでは前回の課題の振り返りと春学期の個人研究に関してミーティングをしました。課題の振り返りでは先週の課題である本を使ったワークショップについての感想を各チーム述べました。3人1組になってそれぞれ本を持ち寄りました。見本をなぞるのではなく、一からつくるのはなかなか大変でした。反省点はいくつかあったものの色んなアイデアが集まってできあがっていたのでおもしろかったです。
次に個人研究について3、4人のブレークルームで各々の作品案の話し合いをしました。今年からゼミに参加する人の中には案を出すのに苦戦している人もいましたが、「話し合いのおかげで色々アイデアが浮かんできた！」と糸口が見えたようで安心しました。どんな作品をつくるのか楽しみです。
2回目のセッションでは今週のワークショップに関してディスカッションをしました。今週のワークショップはビデオアートで、テーマは「定点観測」です。先週と同じ3人1組となってディスカッションをしました。どんなビデオアートになるか楽しみです。
Hello everyone, my name is Sayaka Hosoba, and I am in the 4th grade.
Our seminar reached four times this week during stay-at-home because of COVID-19.
It seems to get used to seminars with using Zoom. We also split apart two sessions and each part has 50 minutes.
In the first session, we reviewed the last assignments of the workshop and had a meeting of personal works of the spring semester. First, we told the feelings of the workshop using books. We made groups of three and each member brought three books. Unlike imitating the sample, coming up with ideas from the beginning was difficult. There were some points of improvement but many ideas made works interesting.
Next, we discussed our personal works with three or four people in the break-out-room. Though some people who take part in Inagaki seminar for the first time this year were struggling with bringing ideas for their works, they said ” Thanks for this discussion, I can get a clue! I feel like it goes well.” I was glad to hear that.
In the second session, we discussed on this week’s workshop. It is video art, and the theme is fixed-point observation. We talked about that with three people.
I am looking forward to seeing their works.
