こんにちは。４年の徳永です。

今回はぜんまいでトウリンさんがご自身の故郷である中国・洛陽市に関してお話をしてくれました。文化財や食事など興味をそそられるものがたくさんあり、機会があれば是非訪れてみたいと思いました。

その後次週のクリスマスパーティーのための持ち物確認を行いました。コロナ禍明け初開催なので楽しみですね！どんなケーキが出来上がるのか、乞うご期待！

そしていよいよ年明け、1/11日からに迫ってきた卒業制作・研究発表展に向けて、誰がどこに展示するかを話し合って決定しました。
それぞれが自分の満足できる作品を展示できるように、制作を頑張っていきたいです。

This time, at Zenmai, Toulin-san spoke about her hometown, Luo-Yang City, China. There are so many interesting things to see, such as cultural assets and food, that I would definitely like to visit if I have the chance.

Afterwards, we checked what we had to bring for the Christmas party next week. It’s the first event after the Corona-virus pandemic, so I’m looking forward to it! Stay tuned to see what kind of cake will be completed!

Finally, we discussed and decided who would exhibit their work and where for the graduation work/research presentation exhibition that was approaching from January 11th.
We would like to do our best in production so that each person can exhibit works that they are satisfied with.

今週のゼミでは徳永さんがゼンマイでcar raceについて語ってくださいました。私にとっては未知の世界のお話でしたが、単に速さに注目するだけでなく、ドライバーや車種などにも注目するとより一層楽しめるものなのだと感じました。
その後、学会の振り返りをしました。このインスタレーションの意図通り、来場者の方々が、私たちが何をしているのか、興味を持ってじっくりと見てくださっている実感がありました。学会の様子の写真を一部共有します！

pennyさんの邪魔が入ることにより、私たちも来場者も想像していなかったことが起き、より作品の面白さが増したと思います。

また、卒業制作展についても話し合いました。各自卒業制作展で展示する作品の概要説明をしました。
現時点のアイデアスケッチだけでも、一人一人テーマや表現が異なっていて、どんな作品が完成するのかワクワクします。私にとっても、稲垣ゼミでの最後の制作になるので、自分自身で納得がいく作品を作れるよう、今まで以上に気合を入れてアイデアを詰めている途中です！
卒業制作展は2024年1月11日（木）〜13日（土）に原宿のデザインフェスタギャラリーで開催予定です。近いうちにまたお知らせしますので、ぜひ見に来てくださいね！

Hi, I’m Hirano, a 4th year student!
In this week’s seminar, Ms. Tokunaga talked about car race in Zenmai. It was an unknown world to me, but I felt that it is more enjoyable if we pay attention not only to the speed but also to the driver and the type of car.
After that, we reflected on the conference. As intended by the installation, we had the feeling that visitors were interested in what we were doing and took a closer look at what we were doing. I share some of the photos from the conference!

With penny’s interruption, something happened that we and visitors did not imagine, and I think it made the work more interesting.

We also discussed about the graduation exhibition. Each of us gave an overview of the work to be exhibited at the graduation exhibition.
Even from the sketches of ideas at this point, each of us had different themes and expressions, and it was exciting to see what kind of work we would be able to complete. For me, this will be my last work in the Inagaki Seminar, so I am working on my ideas with even more enthusiasm than before so that I can create a work that I am satisfied with!
The graduation exhibition is scheduled to be held at Design Festa Gallery in Harajuku from January 11 (Thu) to 13 (Sat), 2024. We will let you know more soon, so make sure to come and see it!

パフォーマンスを行うメディアラウンジを視察し、パフォーマンスのリハーサルを行いました。

そしてパフォーマンス中にプロジェクターで流す映像素材を撮影しました。

They toured the media lounge where the performance would be held and rehearsed the performance.

We then shot footage to be played on a projector during the performance.
